Accounts Assistants

Our client based in the South Dublin area are currently seeking Finance/Accounts Assistants for an immediate start.

  • Active involvement in the month end invoice preparation process
  • Entering overhead invoices for month end accounts prep on Quickbooks accounting package
  • Entering all banking transactions and account reconciliations on Quickbooks accounting package
  • Entering all client transactions on TAS accounting system and monthly reconciliation of accounts
  • Assist Monthly Payroll for 220 employees along with associated administration/reporting
  • Adhoc duties as required from time to time by the Finance Director.

    The ideal candidate will have the following:
     
  • 3+ years strong experience in a fast paced Accounts Department working in an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable capacity, 
  • Payroll experience and/or qualification
  • Advanced / excellent processing and data entry skills /experience
  • Intermediate to advanced excel proficiency
  • Reconciliation & reporting experience
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft office suite
  • Experience using Quick Books, TAS or Sage is a distinct advantage
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and logical
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator.
  •  ‘Can do’ attitude
