Our client based in the South Dublin area are looking to recruit an Account Manager for an immediate start.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
* Minimum of 1-3 years Customer Service experience gained in a B2B environment.
* Previous Account Management or Case Management experience preferable
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
* Strong negotiating, influencing and interpersonal skills
* Ability to communicate confidently across all levels of the business both over the phone and in writing
* Good planning, organisational and time management skills
