Telesales Agents required for our client based in the Dublin Area.
We are currently recruiting Telesales Executives for our client based in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a career within a dynamic lively environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ outbound sales experience is essential
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Make outbound sales calls to identified prospects
- Produce written marketing material as required
- Provide accurate and timely reports on activities and sales pipeline
- Ad-hoc tasks and projects which support the business
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:
- You must demonstrate your previous experience as a telesales representative
- Strong communicator with excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Strong relationship and inter-personal skills with ability to work effectively with customers, team members and within the company.
- Drive, energy and perseverance to ensure customer and business needs are achieved in most effective fashion.
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to keep up in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work as part of a team and on their own initiative and who have a positive desire to serve customer needs at all times.
- Ambitious and hard working with a can do attitude
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ideally degree educated with a relevant business, scientific and/or technical background
- At least 2+ years in a similar telesales role supporting and selling ICT products and services into the business or corporate marketplace.
- Good understanding of the Telecoms industry, its products and services.
- Positive attitude, professionalism and desire and ability to learn and progress is paramount.
- Fluency in English essential
- Full and clean driving licence, though not essential, would be beneficial.
