Operations Administrator

Our client based in the Citywest area is looking to recruit an Operations Administrator for an immediate start.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in multitasking and working under pressure with high accuracy as well as liaising with multiple internal departments. 

Manage the processing of contracts in line with established procedures.
Set up and maintenance of customer records within systems of record
Manage incoming queries / liaising with Engineers / Sales Reps
Support other activity when required
Skills required include: 

IT skills: SAP, MS Word, Excel and Outlook (systems savvy)
An ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to a very high level of accuracy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
The enthusiasm to work as a team player
