Our client is currently seeking an IT Administrative Support Assistant to join their team and support the IT Department providing IT administrative support to the IT team and other company departments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Acknowledging IT alerts
· Logging calls
· Dealing with escalating logistics
· Conducting Data Reconciliation within IT systems
· System updates and testing
· Report creation
· Date uploads
· Level 1 IT support
· Co-ordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and working on special projects
· Answering non-routine correspondence and assembling confidential and sensitive information
· From time to time you may be required to manage communication with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organisation
Key Requirements:
· Experience or an equivalent education in an IT discipline(s)
· Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise minimum supervision
· Detail oriented
· Proficient in MS Office
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Ability to maintain and protect confidentiality of all information
