Our client based in the Dublin 12 area are looking to recruit a Sales/Customer Services Administrator for an immediate start.
The role in a nutshell is dealing with customers on a daily basis, conducting sales, selling merchandise and providing exceptional customer service.
Main duties:
· Handle customer inquiries, follow-up with prospects and reservations to achieve maximum sales occupancy at the facility.
· Assist in the management and security at properties. You may be required to answer security related calls outside of normal working hours.
· Ensure that customer facing areas are kept neat and tidy
· Keep management system up to date

Requirements:
· Candidates will have customer sales/telesales/customer service experience, ideally 3-5 years experience
· Excellent level of English both verbal and written
· Working knowledge of MS Office applications. Good computer skills
· 3rd level diploma/certificate preferable
· Driving license and own car desirable
A competitive package is on offer depending on experience including a performance related bonus. Hours of work are 8.30am to 6pm, 5 days per week Monday to Saturday (with a day off during the week when working Saturdays) and some flexibility outside of these times may be required.
